Part one is an exact re-enactment of an actual 1983 southern high school paddling. (The girl wet her pants during the punishment!) Part two shows a young girl getting her third speeding ticket, resulting in a hefty fine. Her uncle promises to pay it for her if she takes 50 with a razor strap on her bare bottom. She agrees, and he does the honors.
